Dr. Drew Voelsch
Founder
Dr. Drew believes in having a personal standard of excellence in every aspect of his life. To pursue the best education possible, he chose Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA —the fountain head of chiropractic schools in the world.
After graduating, he practiced in the south loop of Chicago, where built a state of the art luxury wellness clinic. He specializes in structural and foundational dysfunction and how it affects both function and performance of our everyday lives. While he valued his time in the city, his heart was always with family and community. His drive for being the best led him to Arlington Heights. As a leader in the profession, Dr. Drew has received multiple awards and honors from the AMA and NIH for his clinic work and results based techniques.
Fun Bio
Dr. Drew grew up on 15 acre farm. His favorite food is homemade soppressata (dried Italian salami) and marinated olives. He wears the same gold chain every day since the second grade. He is officially outnumbered by his wife and two daughters.
Ariana Voelsch
Clinic Director
Ariana is Dr. Drew’s wife and once in a while you may catch her in the office chasing after their daughters, Viviana and Carmelina. She manages and oversees a lot behind the scenes such as the brand, social media, partnerships, and in office raffles/events.

Making sure the Doc has a clean outfit every day. She’s an old soul that enjoys cooking her Nonni’s recipes and DIY decor in her free time.
Viviana Voelsch
Dr. Drew’s Mini Me
To put it simply, Viviana is Dr. Drew’s mini me. If you’re lucky you may see her in the office during her weekly adjustment and she’s sure to make you laugh! In all actuality, she’s the real boss of the clinic.

Carmelina Voelsch
Ariana’s Mini Me
Carmelina, aka Carmie, is the newest addition to the family. She also makes visits to the office with her big sister Vivi and wants to do whatever she is doing.

Noelia (“Noe”) Gonzalez
Assistant Office Manager
Noe is our Assistant Office Manager! She is a Whole Foods enthusiast and is often mistaken as an employee because she knows where everything is located. She’s a city girl, born and raised in Chicago, but loves country music. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology Exercise Science. If she wasn’t working at the clinic full time, she’d be flying to a new city every week!

Kayla Daros (“KD”)
Lead Physical Therapy Tech
KD is our rockstar Lead Physical Therapy Tech! She loves to bake and cook. She’s the oldest of her two siblings and her favorite place to travel to is Aruba. She attends Elmhurst University and inspires to be a chiropractor.

Aleeah Oates
Physical Therapy Tech
Aleeah is our dual talented Physical Therapy tech. She is an aspiring nurse, stays active by taking long walks with her dog and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.

Kayla Pressley-Linkenheld (“KP”)
Billing Specialist
Kayla used to be our sweet Assistant Office Manager, but has since married her high school sweetheart of 10 years, and moved to Indiana. That said, she is now our Billing Manager who works remotely! Her favorite color is yellow, yet she’s allergic to bees. She’s the middle sister and new mommy to baby Quinn.

Sam Lula
Social Media Guru
Sam is our Social Media Guru. She is a Chicago local, New Yorker at heart. Catch her at Pilates or Barry’s in the AM and RL restaurant by night. She loves to celebrate people and has a passion for fashion and beauty! Sam has over 12,000 Instagram followers and is a well-known influencer for many designer brands. She’s also expecting her first baby!

Paolo Cosentino
Marketing Consultant
Paolo is a digital marketing professional with over 15 years of digital marketing experience. He’s dedicated to using data to craft strategies that enhance the overall user experience. Outside of work, Paolo is a hands-on dad who enjoys woodworking, spending quality time with family, and quoting Rocky movies like they’re second nature. For him, it’s all about balance—constantly learning, building, and pushing forward, just like his favorite underdog story.

Growing up, Legos taught Paolo the art of building—so it’s no surprise that his love for precision and creativity evolved into a passion for woodworking. Whether it’s building websites or a custom bookshelf, he’s always ready to piece things together, one block at a time.
Carla Mellace
Our Angel
Carla was our vivacious Office Manager from the very beginning. She was Doc’s right hand gal (and mother-in-law) and truly helped him grow the clinic to what it is today. In July 2022 she was diagnosed with a very rare cancer and dedicated her time and energy into healing, traveling, spending time with her granddaughter and her closest family and friends. In December 2023 she was called home and there isn’t a day that goes by that we don’t think of her or feel her presence. All that we are is because of this wonderful woman. May our beautiful angel rest eternally in peace.
