Corrective care, not endless adjustments
Plenty of care can make your back feel better for a day or two. Forza is built for people who want the problem corrected. We practice Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP®), a structural, research-based approach: every care plan starts from objective measurements and ends with a re-measurement, so you can see on your own X-rays and posture scans whether your spine actually changed. That’s the difference between managing pain and correcting the alignment and posture problems that keep bringing it back.
Insurance & payment
We’re in-network with BCBS PPO, Aetna PPO, Medicare, Humana and MultiPlan. Cigna and UnitedHealthcare plans are out-of-network. Either way, we verify your benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises, and you’ll always know what care costs before it starts.

How soon can I be seen?
Most new patients are scheduled within the same week they contact us. Early-morning and evening times fill first, so request yours above and we’ll call with the next openings.
Do I need X-rays?
Only when the exam says a structural question needs answering. When they’re indicated, digital X-rays use a low dose and give us a measurable baseline to track your progress against.
What does the first visit cost?
It depends on your insurance. Give us your plan details when you book and we’ll verify your benefits and tell you what to expect before you come in — no surprises.
What happens after I submit the form?
Our team calls you within one business day to find a time that works. Nothing is charged when you request an appointment.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed. If you already have recent spinal X-rays or an MRI report, bring them and we’ll review them with you.
What if my problem isn’t a chiropractic problem?
Then we’ll say so. The exam exists to find out what’s actually wrong. If you need a different specialist, we’ll point you to the right one rather than sell you a care plan.
