Dr. Drew holds himself to a personal standard of excellence in every part of his life — and his care reflects it. He trained at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, the founding school of the profession, then built a state-of-the-art wellness clinic in Chicago’s South Loop before bringing his vision home to Arlington Heights.
He specializes in structural and foundational dysfunction and how it affects the way we function and perform every day. As a leader in the profession, Dr. Drew has earned multiple awards and honors from the AMA and NIH for his clinical work and results-driven techniques.

Ariana is Dr. Drew’s wife and the steady hand behind the scenes. She manages and oversees the brand, social media, partnerships, and the in-office raffles and events that make Forza feel like home. Every so often you’ll catch her in the office — usually chasing after their daughters, Viviana and Carmelina.

Noe keeps the clinic running and knows where everything is — she’s often mistaken for having been here forever. A Chicago city girl with a soft spot for country music, she earned a B.S. in Kinesiology / Exercise Science from the University of Kentucky.

KD is our rockstar Lead Physical Therapy Tech. She’s currently studying at Elmhurst University with aspirations of becoming a chiropractor herself — bringing energy and heart to every patient she works with.
Fun fact She loves to bake and cook, is the oldest of three, and her favorite place to travel is Aruba.
Liv is studying psychology at Harper College and has a genuine passion for understanding people and the mind. She brings positive energy wherever she goes and is always up for meeting someone new.
Fun fact A self-proclaimed shopping addict — if retail therapy were a sport, she’d go pro.
Ali graduated from NC State University with a degree in Psychology and is furthering her education in Horticultural Therapy. Raised in the Chicago suburbs, she loves connecting with people, cultures, and places — each with its own story to tell.
Fun fact She enjoys thrifting, crafting, reading, yoga, travel, and nature — and has been a vegetarian for eight years (with one annual exception).

Paolo brings over 15 years of digital marketing experience, using data to craft strategies that elevate the entire patient experience — always learning, building, and pushing forward.
If you’re lucky, you’ll catch Vivi during her weekly adjustment — she’s sure to make you laugh. In all honesty, she’s the real boss of the clinic.
Carmie is the newest addition to the family, visiting the office with her big sister Vivi and wanting to do everything she does — the one who officially outnumbered her daddy.
Carla was our vivacious Office Manager from the very beginning — Doc’s right hand (and mother-in-law) who helped grow the clinic into what it is today. She was called home in December 2023, and not a day goes by that we don’t feel her presence. All that we are is because of this wonderful woman.
Her favorite music was ’80s disco, and we still play her playlist in the clinic in her honor.
